1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MRKT platform ("Service"), including our website at realmrkt.ru and our Telegram bot @mrkt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MRKT is a marketplace platform that enables users to buy, sell, and trade:

Telegram digital gifts and NFT collectibles on the TON blockchain
Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) weapon skins and cosmetic items
Telegram channels with associated collections

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through Telegram or Steam. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Provide accurate and complete information
Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
Not transfer your account to another person

4. Trading Rules

All trades on MRKT are facilitated through our escrow system. By listing an item for sale or purchasing an item, you agree to:

Complete all transactions in good faith
Not attempt to circumvent the escrow system
Not engage in price manipulation or market abuse
Comply with all applicable transfer timeframes (12 hours for sellers, 3 hours for buyer verification)

5. Fees and Payments

MRKT charges a 0% marketplace fee on completed transactions for both sellers and buyers. Neither side pays an additional trading commission. Payments are processed through the TON blockchain.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for money laundering or any illegal purpose
Attempt to defraud other users or the platform
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization
Impersonate MRKT staff or other users

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, MRKT's support team will mediate. Decisions made by the MRKT mediation team are final and binding. Users may contact support at @mrkt_help_service_bot.

8. Limitation of Liability

MRKT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses resulting from market fluctuations, blockchain network issues, or third-party actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount directly involved in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The MRKT name, logo, and platform design are the property of MRKT. Telegram is a trademark of Telegram Group Inc. Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. All digital items traded on the platform remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
